What languages do you translate from and to?
We translate from Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Slovenian and English into any combination of these languages.

How do you calculate translation cost?
Per source word. However, there are several factors to consider, such as: the difficulty of the material (technical translations cost more than non-technical ones, for example) and any other special requests, such as typesetting or formatting, or urgent deliveries..  Each project is quoted independently.

Are your translators certified?
Yes, by the ATIO (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario, Canada), ATA (American Translators Association), or ITI (Institute of Translating and Interpreting).

Do you utilize CAT software?
Yes, we use TRADOS.

Do you keep original formatting intact?
Yes, we try to keep it as close as possible, however, in some instances (tables, for example) the appearance may or may not differ from the original (length of the table, or column width).

Do you offer DTP service?
We do not prepare documents for publishing/printing.
